Vintageanna Social — Social Media Integration

Vintageanna Social is a content management and publishing application operated by Vintageanna. It allows authorized users to connect supported social media accounts, prepare creative content, approve uploads, and publish content through supported platform integrations.

Information We Collect

When you connect a TikTok account through Login Kit, Vintageanna Social may receive and process:

  • Basic account information, including your display name and TikTok account identifier.

  • OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, granted permissions, and expiration information.

  • Creative assets submitted for processing or publication.

  • Content approval records, media identifiers, file hashes, and destination-account verification information.

  • Upload and publication status information returned by TikTok.

Vintageanna Social uses an account-identifier fingerprint to verify that content is sent to the correct authorized account.

We do not request your TikTok password.

How We Use TikTok Information

We use TikTok account information only to provide authorized application functionality, including:

  • Verifying the identity of the connected account.

  • Confirming that content is sent to the approved destination.

  • Uploading approved videos to the user's TikTok inbox as drafts.

  • Publishing individually approved content using Direct Post.

  • Recording publishing outcomes and preventing accidental duplicate operations.

Connecting a TikTok account does not automatically authorize content publication.

Data Sharing

Information necessary to complete authorized publishing operations is transmitted to TikTok through its official APIs.

We do not sell TikTok account information obtained through Login Kit or use that information for unrelated advertising purposes.

Information collected through our Shopify storefront is handled separately according to the applicable sections of this Privacy Policy.

Data Security and Retention

OAuth credentials are stored in access-restricted application storage and are not intentionally included in publishing logs or public reports.

Publishing records may contain account verification fingerprints, approved content identifiers, timestamps, and operational results.

We retain information as necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Disconnecting Your Account and Data Requests

You may revoke Vintageanna Social's TikTok permissions through your TikTok account settings.

Revoking authorization prevents further access using the revoked permissions but does not automatically delete previously published TikTok content.

You may also contact Vintageanna to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your connected account, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.

Facebook and Instagram Integration

Vintageanna Social integrates with Facebook and Instagram through Meta's authorized platform APIs.

When an authorized user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, Vintageanna Social may receive and process account identifiers, Page information, granted permissions, authentication tokens, and information necessary to manage approved content.

We use this information to:

  • Verify connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

  • Prepare and manage social media content.

  • Upload and publish individually approved photographs and videos.

  • Record publishing outcomes and prevent accidental duplicate operations.

  • Maintain secure connections to authorized accounts.

Account authorization does not automatically grant permission to publish arbitrary content. Vintageanna Social maintains a human-reviewed approval process.

Authentication credentials are stored in access-restricted application storage and are not intentionally included in public reports or publishing logs.

Users may revoke connected permissions through their Facebook or Instagram account settings.

We do not sell account information obtained through Meta integrations or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

 

YouTube Integration

Vintageanna Social uses YouTube API Services to support authorized video uploads and channel management.

When an account holder connects a YouTube account through Google OAuth, Vintageanna Social may access or store:

  • Authorized YouTube channel identifiers and channel information.

  • OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and granted permissions.

  • Videos and metadata submitted for upload.

  • Approved publishing settings, including video visibility.

  • Upload results, YouTube video identifiers, and operational records.

We use this information to verify the authorized channel, upload approved content, maintain publishing records, and prevent duplicate operations.

We do not request or store your Google account password.

Content publishing requires authorization. Connecting a YouTube account does not automatically authorize publication.

Information necessary to perform authorized operations is transmitted to YouTube through its official APIs.

We do not sell information obtained through YouTube API Services or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

We handle retained YouTube API data and deletion requests according to applicable YouTube API Services policies.
