Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Return and Refund Policy for Wall Art We take great care in ensuring that your wall art is of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand production, all sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within [10 days] of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the replacement.
- Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or issues with the print-on-demand provider, we will replace the item with the same design at no additional cost. Please report any damage within [10 days] of receipt, and include photos of the damage and packaging.
No Refunds: As the seller, I do not have the ability to offer refunds. Since we work with third-party print-on-demand services, we can only offer exchanges in cases of shipping or production errors. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for any orders, as these providers also do not offer refund options to us.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY in Reguard to the digital downloads
Digital Downloads
All digital download purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you receive access to your high-resolution digital files, the sale is complete. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.
Physical Prints (Posters, Framed Art, Canvas Prints)
We stand behind the quality of our vintage travel and nature artwork. However, we do not offer refunds on physical print orders.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
If your print arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery at [your contact email]
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent once damage is verified
Damage must occur during transit and be reported promptly. Normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery, is not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the correct or undamaged new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
