Welcome to Vintageanna.

Vintageanna operates vintageanna.store, an online store specializing in vintage-inspired artwork, wall decor, framed prints, canvas artwork, and digital art downloads.

Vintageanna also operates Vintageanna Social, a social media management and publishing application designed to prepare, review, approve, and distribute creative content to authorized social media accounts.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “Vintageanna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vintageanna. “Services” refers to our website, online store, digital products, and available social publishing tools.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the required consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase products or use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.

Vintageanna offers physical and digital artwork, including vintage-inspired travel posters, canvas prints, framed artwork, digital downloads, and curated collections.

Many physical products are manufactured specifically for each customer through print-on-demand production partners.

Product photographs, colors, textures, and dimensions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on display settings, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions.

Vintage-inspired artwork may incorporate artistic interpretations of historical locations, architecture, travel destinations, and cultural themes. Such artwork is intended for decorative purposes and should not be relied upon as an authoritative historical, geographical, or navigational reference.

We reserve the right to update product specifications, descriptions, materials, and availability.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where relevant, are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, or other legitimate operational concerns.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will arrange the applicable refund.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Vintageanna does not require customers to provide payment-card credentials outside the authorized checkout process.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Physical Vintageanna artwork is generally produced after an order is placed.

Production and delivery estimates are provided on our website or during checkout. These estimates may vary depending on product specifications, destination, production capacity, and carrier conditions.

Shipping promotions, including complimentary shipping where offered, apply according to the conditions displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGE PROTECTION

Because physical Vintageanna artwork is made to order, returns for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are generally not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact Vintageanna within 10 days of delivery.

Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Damage Protection Guarantee and Refund Policy.

Digital purchases are generally final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 6 — DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND LICENSING

Vintageanna may provide digital artwork through individual purchases, promotional offers, or complimentary access included with qualifying orders.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing or receiving a digital artwork grants the recipient a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, display, and print the artwork for personal use.

The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork.

Without separate written authorization, customers may not:

• Resell or redistribute digital files.

• Upload artwork to competing marketplaces.

• Sell reproductions of the artwork.

• Claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the artwork.

• Use purchased files as standalone commercial products.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate file format, dimensions, and printing specifications.

If a purchased file cannot be accessed, please contact us for assistance.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Vintageanna website, branding, original designs, product presentations, photographs, and other original materials are owned by Vintageanna or used under applicable rights and licenses.

No part of these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to a customer or user.

Third-party trademarks, historical references, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of material that is lawfully in the public domain.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of protected Vintageanna content is prohibited.

SECTION 8 — VINTAGEANNA SOCIAL

Vintageanna Social is a content management and publishing application intended to assist authorized users with preparing and distributing creative material.

Depending on the available integrations, the application may support:

• Connecting authorized social media accounts.

• Preparing and reviewing creative content.

• Managing draft content.

• Uploading content to a connected platform.

• Publishing individually approved content.

• Recording publishing outcomes and associated operational history.

Certain features may be limited to testing, authorized operators, or approved integrations.

Availability of a feature does not guarantee that the corresponding third-party platform will permit its use.

SECTION 9 — SOCIAL ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION

Users must authorize access to their own social media accounts through the relevant platform's official authorization process.

Vintageanna Social may request platform permissions necessary to verify account identity, upload content, or publish approved material.

Authorization grants only the permissions presented during the applicable authorization process.

Connecting an account does not, by itself, authorize Vintageanna Social to publish arbitrary content.

Users remain responsible for controlling access to their connected accounts.

Where supported by the provider, authorization may be revoked through the social platform's account settings.

Revoking authorization may prevent future operations but does not automatically remove content already published.

SECTION 10 — CONTENT APPROVAL AND PUBLISHING

Vintageanna Social uses a human-reviewed publishing workflow.

Content intended for publication must receive authorization appropriate to the operation being performed.

Approval may include verification of:

• The selected creative asset.

• The intended destination account.

• The requested privacy setting.

• The approving person.

• The authorization timestamp.

• Applicable content classifications and disclosures.

Uploading content as a draft and publishing content directly are separate operations.

A draft upload may require the account holder to complete publication through the social platform.

Direct publishing may create a post on the connected account immediately, subject to the platform's processing and moderation procedures.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to publish submitted content.

Automated processing does not guarantee successful delivery, publication, visibility, or continued availability.

SECTION 11 — AI-GENERATED AND COMMERCIAL CONTENT

Vintageanna may use computer-assisted or generative AI tools to develop creative material.

When content is published through integrated social platforms, applicable AI-generated-content and commercial disclosure requirements must be followed.

Content promoting Vintageanna products or services may require commercial-content identification.

Users must not knowingly provide false information concerning content ownership, commercial relationships, or AI-generated material.

The availability and requirements of platform disclosure tools may change.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers, including Shopify and supported social media platforms.

Each third-party service operates under its own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and content rules.

Vintageanna is an independent service and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, or other integrated platforms unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms may restrict access, reject uploads, remove content, or modify their services.

Vintageanna cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of external integrations.

SECTION 13 — USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own.

By submitting content for processing through Vintageanna Social, users grant Vintageanna the limited permission necessary to process, store, prepare, transmit, and publish that content according to authorized instructions.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying material.

Users represent that they possess the rights and permissions required for the content they submit.

Users must not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other applicable rights.

SECTION 14 — PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information associated with connected social accounts may include account identifiers, authorized account information, permissions, and records necessary to perform or verify requested operations.

Authentication credentials and access tokens must be handled securely and used only for authorized purposes.
